All student-athletes must upload and provide the data and documentation required in order to become eligible to participate in the Sports programs at Falcon Cove!

PAPERWORK IS GOOD FOR ONE CALENDAR YEAR FROM APPROVAL DATE!

All forms are available for download on the system and can be uploaded upon completion.

Prospective student-athletes cannot participate in any activities (conditioning, practice, games) until they have been cleared on the system.
